How come most Black Eyed Lucys I see have yellow blotches all over? isn't A Lucy by definition an animal that does not produce any pigments?

it is just part of the black eyed gene kinda like a super mojave still shows different varibles of the grayish pattern on them
...........it looks like the Mojo Spider's paint is still wet.
It looks to be rubbing off onto that Leucy.
But, I could be wrong...... 
Seriously, those are both beautiful snakes.
