I recently hatched a clutch of 20 dragons. @ of those guys had 8 toes on their rear right foot. the other 18 are perfect of appear to be perfect. All of them are eating fine. Originally I thought not much of it and just chalked it up to the spike in temp we had when the ac went out. Then I remembered seeing a photo of a dragon a year or two ago with the exact same issue/ problem/ deformity/ special foot , what ever way you want to look at it. These 2 lil guys will definitely be pets as long as they continue to thrive but my question is, Is this a trait that is being passed on or a developmental deformity. I'm leaning towards a trait but this is her first clutch and I'm thinking last. She has 10 eggs left from her second clutch that should hatch in a few weeks so I'll see what comes of those guys. Ahh 1 more thing. I opened an egg that has been dimpled for 5-6 days and there was a cyclops in that 1. He was the coolest looking guy but 1 would hate to think of the kind of life he would have lived.
