Mystic Cinnamon

She turned out about as I expected. Only a 3 egg clutch so was nice things even combined! She has the suspended side pattern which is pushed up by blushing underneath the side panels down her sides. Her color is fairly similiar to a Pewter but just isn't as washed out as no pastel is present. Will be interesting to mix into the other Mystic crosses (Mystic Crystal, Mystic Fire, Mystic Yb , Pastel Mystic or even Super Mystic ). Should put some "depth" back into some of the results I'd think, time will tell I guess!

Thanks for looking , I'll get another pic after she sheds.

First, congrats on the new cross. But, I am not very familiar with the Mystic Gene. What exactly did it do to the Cinnamon Gene? I really do not see a difference in the two. Can you please help me understand these subtle changes? Thanks Anthony. BTW, I love the work you are doing with these Potions. Can't wait to see what is crossed with them next. How about some recessive stuff?

Not really subtle to me in person, the color changed noticably , the pattern is way whacked for a reg Cinny or reg Mystic as hardly anyplace on the snakes has pattern running down to meet the belly line . The color on the dorsal is also more of a cream color than just the reg Cinny top color . Once she is larger the difference should be alot more obvious really. I didn't make it expecting a cross that was mind blowing anyway but so I could put other pigment (not so much pattern) into the Supers , Potions , etc.. A tool so to speak was all I was shooting for , wish it would have been a boy but that just means it will be a little longer wait to see the cross results of what it does to the Super. Glad you like the Potion stuff!

Definately interesting Anthony. Will be nice to see the post shed pic and even nicer to see what you combine her with.

Anthony,

Very unique combination. I agree with Alan, I can't wait to see some post shed photos.

Good luck with that project.
