Is this building being built custom, remodeled or used as is?

The reason I ask is many of the awesome to haves are best aplanned before ground is broken.

Aside from that some essentials off the top of my head.

Fridge/Frezzer
Counter
Laundry room style sink
Radiant floor heat
Tile floor
Ample lighting
Overhead plumbing taps
Overhead electrical boxes
Sufficiant electrical service
Wall outlets on fixed power
Wall outlets on timers
Phone, ethernet, or Both
Floor drains
Dishwasher
RO water treatment
Storage for RO water
Leach field for RO waste
Seperate rodent room
Seperate HVAC for rodent room
Ventilation for Rodent room
Double entry door or entry doors wide enough for cage entry

I can't think of anything else...

I really should start building these...

Anybody think there is a market for RTM reptile facilities!

LOL hope that helps.
