You can barely see it, but it's there. Little orange spots. I guess Squig & Siona got along better than I thought. Sorry the picture's not too great. I'll try to get a bette rone tomorrow. I've got a few questions to ask now. About how long will it be until she lays eggs & how many eggs are in an average clutch? That's all for now. Wish me luck, Kristin

Maybe those amorous glances couldn't wait til spring! Now you might have little Squigsters by the end of the year. (I really don't know gestation and incubation lengths, but wouldn't that be cool?)

Hey Krist"I"n, I know what you can give me for christmas!
LOL

Eve's already called first dibs on Squig's offspring before he even had a mate so you're just going to have to hope she doesn't take them all. = D I'm absolutely thrilled. When I first saw the little spots, I was like "Hey, look Siona has little spots. Orange spots...OMIGOD!!!! ORANGE SPOTS!!!!!" After which I xalled my mom, my sister, & a few of my friends. Hehehe. They all think I'm nutty. But I like to keep it that way. Kristin

The orange spots appear around 2-3 weeks before eggs are laid (at least it was so for my females).

I have got 3 clutches this year, and they contained 6-7 eggs each.
