Desert Super Thoughts? Need Input

KBuckler Oct 27, 2010 08:31 PM

I am Very Curious to know everyone's thought about what they think the Super Desert will be? Specifically the Pro Exotics Line!

The Pro Exotics Desert in my Opinion is Awesome and Makes Great Combo's. My Opinion is that it will NOT be a white snake!

Thanks Much,

Karl

I agree with you as I don't think there will be a super produced from this morph. It has been around for quite a few years and unless they are keeping it secret, they have yet to produce one and should have had multiple years and attempts to make one. With that said, I respect PE a bunch and wish them the best of luck to produce one if they have just had bad odds so far.

Various Ball Pythons, boas, dogs, cats, fish, a couple sulcatas and a few other odds and ends.

a BAD dog is MADE not bred, support the American Pit Bull Terrier as the greatest breed of dogs on Earth!!!!!

I don't think it would be a white snake, at least I hope it isn't. lots of white snakes out there. If I am correct, there hasn't been many attempts as not too many females have been bred? They weren't up too size? I may be wrong.

Honestly, I'm guessing a white snake.

You might be a ball python fanatic if you subconsciously convert the price of virtually everything in to units of piebald ball pythons

IF it is a White snake it is a new white snake complex! Considering the Lesser Desert and Mojave desert have been done, and then the Desert yellow Belly has been done so its not in that complex either! As well as the Desert fire, so there are three existing complexes out the window so if its a white snake then that will be really cool in its own right! Now I personally dont think it will be a white snake, if there even is a super, if anything it will be like a Super Pastel, Super Vanilla or a super enchi, just extreme versions of the Heterozygous form! Just my .02!

Maybe a desert to a russo. If you really want to know give me a pair of the deserts and I will do it for everyone out there. keep everyone up to date on the progress and share the results after it happens.

i did realize there are differences between desert balls. for instance, is there a difference between a pete kahl desert and a pro exotics desert?

The PK Desert is a Recesive and the ¨real¨ Desert is Co Dominant...

theoddsgod Oct 29, 2010 08:12 AM

Nope, both the PK and Chiras Desert strains have proven to be dominant at this point, waiting for Robin and/or Chad at Pro Exotics to confirm if there is a Super form, I belive they have two Desert x Desert clutches cooking.
