Has anyone heard of superworms eating through the stomach inside to out of a beardie?
That's an urban legend.
This myth keeps popping up every once in awhile...never saw or heard of any solid facts or prove this is possible with any healthy dragon. My dragon chews her superworms, definitely no chance of any surviving the trip down to the stomach, where stomach acids will kill off any living creature reading down there. Superworms drown very quickly when submerged into liquid...so if the acid doesn't get them, asphyxiation will.
Only way I can see a superworm chewing its way out of a bearded dragon is if its dead or dying when the superworm entered.

yeah that sounds about right, local reptile rescue guy made a dreadful point about them burrowing into wood and not safe for beardies.
