Tort Table A Size for a Russian Tortoise?

rhauser Sep 26, 2003 06:44 AM

I'm building a Tortoise Table for one, or possibly two, russian tortoise(s) we will be getting soon. What is the rule of thumb for the amount of area needed per russian tortoise?

Thanks,

Bob

Don't know about rule of thumb, would depend how old / big the torts are and if it would last for life?
For myself 2 in a 3ft X 2ft would sffice for first few years although mine are allowed to go out side at as well.
For life 10ft x 10ft minimum.
