Unless there's another meaning I don't know about, it simply means they are in shed. When they may have an overall bluish cloudy look to them. There is one morph that I just recently dicovered which is called a blue motley. It is a cross between Anery and Dilute. The animal is not very blue but some individuals have a bluish tint to them. a bit like when a snake is in shed I guess.

It simply means the snake is preparing to go into it's shed cycle. They get very grey/blue and very dull just prior to this, and their eyes become very milky and opaque several days prior to actually sloughing-off the skin.
