I just read about empty tank syndrome last night in one of the books I bought. But the way I see it is, there is at least two different categories of that syndrome. I have it, because I love and would mess my snake. I know my son definitely has it because he comes in and checks to see if it is still there before he goes to bed. Because if it wasn't there he would have his bags pack and would be out the door. He just turned 18. The big baby. LOL

I told myself when I decided to get back into keeping snakes again I would focus only on Pits and Drys. But nooooo, I just had to have those pyros from Mike Russo. Then I promised myself again that's it just your old Calis and the pyros, that's all I need. Yea right. Frickin' beaker has to post those gorgeous thayeri and all the sweet ones in the classified. But I know I won't be able to stop with some sweet thayeris. Orchidspider has to post up with his black eastern, then the thread on the black milk aka black king. The MBKs, goinis, splendidas ad infinitum. I can't help myself I still really love Lampros. I really need a 12 step program.
