I have a gold dust day gecko with a tail that seems unusually floppy. He is eating and seems healthy otherwise, but I am now wondering if some of his tail vertebrae are not broken. Any ideas?

I have a crested with 'floppy tail sydrome', I don't know if your type of gecko can get the same thing or not. I think it's permanent but it doesn't harm the gecko. I think mine got it because he didn't eat well as a baby, I guess it's linked to nutritional deficiences, but isn't necessarily a symptom of a metabolic bone disease or anything like that.

Peter: It's OK, I'll handle it. I read a book about something like this.
Brian: Are you sure it was a book? Are you sure it wasn't NOTHING?
