Just got some sweet black pines from Joe Bernardo. Had a slight issue which he more than resolved. I now have 2.1 healthy blacks from him. I will get pics up soon.

Congrats on your new arrivals. Joe is a great guy and very knowledgeable with nothing but quality snakes. Knowing Joe if you had even the slightest issue he more than made up for it. Can't wait to see some pics of your new BP's.
Can't help much on pied black pines though.

Another pic

That small patch of white on the chin is pretty typical of black pines I have seen. Nice animal regardless.
I wasn't sure. She is great regardless. I am very impressed with her, in my book Joe is the man!
Yea I would consider that a normal black pine with the white in the throat like that. Nice dark black babies though. Joe doesn't mess with inferior quality animals.

I have seen white/off white on the chin, but that is quite a patch of PURE white on the throat, as far as I can tell. I have never seen that. That may be a pied.
I would hold on to it and start a breeding program. Check with Mike Bodner and see what he thinks; he knows much about pied Black Pines.
