go to fedex.com and open an account. then contact their live animals desk and prepare to jump through hoops. i just got my certification, the whole process takes about a month. it's not really difficult to get, it just takes patience! you have to send in a test package, minus animal,for them to analyze, then you wait for your test results, then you send your test results back to fedex, then fedex sends you a legal waiver that you sign and send back for them to sign and send back to you. the whole process kinda reminded me of dealing with the department of motor vehicles!
