adamjeffery Nov 07, 2010 12:52 AM

i recently bought a used animal plastics 1756-10 snake rack.
it had all the tubs and 1 tub that had these dividers. the previous owner also bought the rack used and wasnt sure where the divider was purchased other than he said it didnt come from animal plastics.
if anyone knows where these came from or who made them please let me know.

Reptile Basics more than likely manufactured those.

If not R.B.I., there was a company out of Virginia making them as well, but they are no longer in business.

What a clever divider system there. Always amazes me how smart herpers can be.

I forgot where I saw those, but one of the rack mfrs advertised dividers at one time. But those kinds of things come and go, because box styles come and go.

Good news is that you can make your own. You can purchase 3/8 or 1/2 inch thick expanded PVC and copy that design. Plastics suppliers sell it. Of course you have to ask yourself if you really need it. I just keep hognose together, if that is the species you intended to divide.
