New BCI

DiamondFlame10 Nov 07, 2010 01:10 PM

My boyfriend and I are planning on getting a male BCI that a friend of mine acquired as a rescue. He has a few minor burns but other than that he's in good health according to the vet. He's about 4 1/2 feet long and pretty thin. I was told he just went through a growth spurt and will be filling out. I have 5 ball pythons, so I'm new to BCI's but not to snakes. We were trying to figure out the right tub to start it out in until we could make a custom made enclosure for it. Since it's so small we were told a 41 qt tub would work for now since that's what balls of that size are put in. Any suggestions? We are super excited to have such a good natured snake and look forward to getting it in a week or two.
