I fed my corn snake last friday but he still looks like he just ate. He has passed a stool but its way too small for the three mice he ate. Do snakes get impacted?

they can.
But, what substrate do you feed it on and what are the temps like? i don't know how likely it is that they would get impacted on mouse alone, but if he ate some aspen or something along with the mouse, it can cause problems.

Once in a while it'll happen when they really have trouble passing something, for me it's only happened once, and that was when a large male was taken out of brumation and over a week went by and he still hadn't "passed" his first meal. If you're getting worried, give it a luke warm bath, let it soak a bit, and I can almost guarantee it'll pass it in the "tub". In my case, he passed it on my couch not 2 minutes after I took him out of the sink....grrrrrr......
A bath does wonders, but I wouldn't worry after only a few days.
