Has anyone's had any respiratory infections in their collections as a result of having temps in the low 70's during the cooling cycle (especially for a 6 week duration)?
I already have males courting with temps in the mid 70's and was wondering if I should drop the temps down or maintain them here. I read somewhere that low temps were necessary for males to produce viable sperm, to the contrary, I've also read that people don't cool their animals and still have success. I'd like to do this the safest way possible for the animals, but I'd also like to do everything in my power to help in the breeding process. I'd appreciate any advice or experience you can share.
Thanks,
Anthony-
