Pepsi is hosting a contest to help fund worthy social-program ideas. Every month they accept 1000 ideas submitted to their website. those deemed most worthy are put on their website in seperate categories (based on the amount the idea needs) and users are allowed to vote on them, and the ones with the highest votes get the money.

THE HSUS IS CURRENTLY IN THE LEAD FOR $250,000

I don't think I need to explain to anyone here why the HSUS does not need any more money. check out the link and help vote them out of first place.

Budget Notes: This grant will directly fund the rescue and care of animals in need and will not be used for internal costs (i.e.- staff salary).
$ 90,000 Veterinary & Medical Expenses
$ 55,000 Equipment Purchase & Fleet Maintenance
$ 50,000 Shelter & Supplies for Rescued Animals
$ 35,000 Rescuer Travel Expenses
$ 20,000 Animal Food and Care Suppiles
