Well i stuned a rat and i guess not enough as he was trying to bite my prised snake. My bali yellow head male was going to be bitten so i decided to help the snake. I grabbed the rats head which in a quick turn sliced up me finger real good (to the bone-jumbo male rat). Luckly he was lab bred and i don't have to worry about rabbies or anything of that nature. Not easy to type without a middle finger LOL. Anywas on a good note, he bit me instead of my snake! I love my animals!

Just a thought.
Animal bites including people bites are notorious for causing infections, cellulitis and worse. You should check on tetanus vaccination status and consider using an antibiotic like augmentin (assuming you arent allergic to penicillin) for about five days to prevent infection. If you note pain, redness, swelling or pus coming from the bite area, get on an antibiotic right away.

looks good for now. We'll see how it goes. Kind of weird looking into your finger and seeing a little white bone lol
