I don't know what the odds are for that clutch, but a few months ago I had a 4 egg clutch produced from breeding a gold blush mojave to a normal female and I ended up with 5 mojaves. Yes I did say 5 mojaves out of a 4 egg clutch. One of the eggs had a set of twins in it. They weighed 30 grams each the day they hatched. Their now at 80 grams and eating like pigs.

In fact the 5 mojaves were from my buckskin line. I have a photo of the best male a couple of lines down the page.

Good luck with your season.

The odds are (1/2)^5 or 0.03125, 3.125%

You might be a ball python fanatic if you subconsciously convert the price of virtually everything in to units of piebald ball pythons

I'm not trying to shill anything, so I'll actually answer your question; I think you may have been alluding to the fact that maybe your male pastel might be a super pastel because he threw all pastels.
It happens.
I've had the odds go great one way, and I've had them go bad the other way.
5/5 from a co-dom X normal animal is not unheard of.
Neither is 0/5.
