Lump in Tail...

Roo Sep 26, 2003 03:48 PM

Hey...

I have a savannah monitor that's almost 2 yrs. old and for the past 6 months he's had a lump in the base of his tail. I tried cutting back a little on his food because I had read somewhere that if they eat too much, too often that they can produce a lump in the tail from too much fat, now I'm starting to believe that's BS. I haven't seen any improvement, he's still fine, eating regularly, swimming, cruising his room, being his normal self, but its still there. Does anyone have any suggestions or should I stop wasting everyones time and take him to the vet? Thanks for any info.

Roo
