Well she has proven that she was gravid!
This morning I peeked into her egg-laying enclosure and sure enough, eggs! When I opened it up I saw what looked like 5 good eggs and one slug (opinions on the "slug" welcome), She proceeded to have three more, so I have 8 viable eggs and the one slug!
I'm very excited! Unless they hatch in less than 60 days, however, I think that my step-kids will return home JUST before the eggs hatch. Ah well. The eggs DID seem a LOT smaller than my newport cali's eggs, which are at day 35 today. I'm posting pics of both clutches. With a penny for comparison
