hello everyone, i havent been around much (and by much i mean not at all) for starters i have left albuquerque and returned to new england. been wicked busy now working two jobs and on top of that remodeling our own house... yes with a little help we were able to take advantage of wicked low rates and we closed on our 1st house at the end of september. it was a long stressful process being a short sale but it happend. the house was in really good condition but still need alot of work which we did nights and weekends, then saturday we had our house warming party and finally we can sit back and breath.....

anyways i have alot to share and alot of pictures to take, i am ashamed to admit but i have to be honest there was alot going on and i know its not an excuse but my animals did get slightly neglected... dont get me wrong thay are all fine just things like not checking on them for a few days resulting in a couple dried out water dishes and a few late cleanings. but again they are all doing great.

i since then even have a couple of additions, my brothers ball (Montie) is under my care she commonly goes winters with out eating but last summer my bro only got her to eat like 3 or 4 times. well i got her eating again and she regained weight and is shedding good again also. i also took in a pair of breaded dragons from a friend of a friend.

so this weekend is gonna be my first seekend off in months so i might beable to get some pictures then but for right now a quick update will have to due because if i continue typing any longer im gonna be late for work

hey dave, yeah we are doing good, its a huge change for Des but she is dealing with it quite well.

the house is awesome i love it and have been working like crazy getting stuff done yet there is still so much to do. it just doesnt make sence to me how my "to do" list keeps getting bigger and bigger even though im crossing things off... should it be getting smaller?

After 39 years of marriage and 26 years of home ownership I can tell you that the "to do" list NEVER gets shorter. We are as doomed as doomed can be.

Or you could just be perked up while anxiously waiting for a delivery!!

Fedex must be doing something right. Their on-time delivery rate has been very high for me the last few months.

rainbowsrus Nov 23, 2010 01:27 PM

I agree, they've been very good at on time delivery.

However, today I'm tracking three packages...

1) delivered at 10:28PST
2) delivered at 1:30EST (on truck since 8:04)
3) on truck at 10:59PST still waiting on delivery

There is/was bad weather in Memphis which I'd agree is the cause for the delay of #3 but that obviously was not the delay with #2 since it was on the truck for delivery for 5 hours
