Sexing a new Ball

jwmetz Nov 23, 2010 04:06 PM

Just got a new Ball at the pet store. Used to keep these years ago, but its been a while. Approx 24 inches, very healthy and active. Very small spurs and short tail. Can I be fairly certain this is a female? I appreciate any help.

to be sure you will have to either pop or probe....but since it's pretty small popping would be safer and easier.

here's an article i put together showing how to pop.
