That's one boldly patterned snake. Very nice. I couldn't get any of mine to start on pinkies when I was breeding them.

Tim I've told you this story before but those red milks that you had and the photos you posted here several years ago were a big influence in my desire to go and get some of my own.I saved your photos and would just drool over those hatchling and that female you had.Do you still have the pics?I bet the others here would love to see those
Thanks

Good for you Doug, nice to have them eating from the start, but now you'll have some little neonate snot refuse to eat for 6 months. Get those tails ready. har, hardy har har.

By the way that is an outstanding looking gentilis. I love the red cap on it, and those wide black bands are always unusual looking to me. You're probably used to seeing that trait but I'm always surprised and blown away by the animals you post.

those two snakes(top 2 pics) were supose to be a breeding pair of east NE reds. The top one is mine and the next one is my buddy Pauls female.Well mine turned out to be a female also and so they didnt breed.I hate when these damn snakes change sex on me.The good news is we now have 2 great looking fems.Wait till next year.
