Delicate is not a word I would use to describe any Monitor lizard. I think they're tough as heck animals so long as you meet their minimum requirements. I suppose the newborn Kims are very tiny and need particular conditions to get started well in, but after that, they are as bulletproof as Ackies or any other Monitor lizard. I certainly don't have to "baby" the adults at all, or even juveniles a couple months old.
Congratulations, JB! You've racked up quite a list of accomplishments with monitors over the years. Keep up the good work!
