Unusual behavior.. need feedback please!

I recently bought my boyfriend a juvenile beardie (2-3 months old). He has had another dragon for about 2 to 3 years. We bought a 20 gallon aquarium for the juvenile dragon and put it next to Spike's (the adult male beardie) aquarium (He has a 40 gallon breeder). We put peices of cardboard between the two tanks so they dont see each other to keep stress levels down. The two beardies have seen each other though (When handling one of them, theyve obviously seen each other). The breeder I bought the juvenile from is pretty sure that its a female. Now we've recently seen the juvenile doing a LOT of arm waving, going to the side of the tank next to Spikes' and waving her arm. And when she does this, Spike will go to the end of his tank closer to hers. (Keep in mind they cant see each other because of the card board.) We have known that this behavior is a sign of passiveness when another larger dragon is nearby.
But my question is, should we remove the cardboard so they see each other? Should we keep it there and let them be? Or should we move their tanks to opposite sides of the room so they arent so close together and possibly stressed? Any feedback will be great... Please let us know youre ideas.

Thanks!!!!!

a dragon social skill, they will do it to other dragons, crickets, worms,(even a moth or fly) passing cars on the road and to their owners.

As far as not seeing each other, they can hear each other, they recognize a dragon scratch and also look opposite their tank, is there a monitor, tv screen or anything shiny or glass that will reflect even a poor image of themselves.

I would not move them unless you see signs that one is stressing because of it, if you do then move them.

This reminds me also of the guy on ebay that had some small appliances for sale, he took pictures of them and posted them on ebay, never realizing that his image was reflected in one....... he was in his undies when taking the picture!!! LOL
