I've been trying very hard to answer this question myself, but can't find the answers anywhere.
Does the coloration on the gray-banded fade with age, such as a mole kingsnake?
Thanks for your help,
Matt

This may or may not help your question but, I've been on and off this forum for a few years and breeders, keepers have said that when they are about 7 to 8 years of age they notice the color does start fading away. Wow, that was a long sentence but I've heard it from more than one person. Some colors may even bleed into other colors on Alterna. For example, the background color black may bleed into the orange bands through age.
