Very nice! More of a spot tail if you ask me, bummer, I wish it would be a low white one lol. Still, thats something, haven't seen many that high white in a while, never woulda guessed that at least, not from a spotnose. Congrats, its a beauty. ~Caylan.s.~

Wow. Two genes that leave you guessing. Did you produce any more or is that the only one?

Congrats

Congrats Steve,
That is so sweet. Makes me really excited about my chances. How are your Calider and Calibee doing?

Damn high white pieds!! lol... still a really nice combo potential. Maybe you should throw enchi in there to bring out the pattern. Congrats.

That's crazy I would never have guessed that would be the outcome! The tail part is interesting-where the other snakes make the normal head or at least blotches on the head aka the spied; Mojave pied, this makes the normal tail. If you look at the spot-nose tail it is quite different from a normal tail so that may explain why the tail pattern came out "normal" or at least has color. Spieds high white pied in one direction and I would guess that the spot-nose pied would be the high white pied in the reverse direction!

For what it's worth, I like your idea of calling it the Spotnose Piebald. I really wanted to see the crisp blacks of the Spotnose against the clean white of the Pied and of course I was hoping for the cool Spotnose head pattern. It is a really nice snake though and I look forward to seeing how much variation there is when more are produced. Imagine if this had hatched in a clutch with a potential Powerball Pied... I'll bet you would have thought for sure that this was the Powerball instead of the Spotnose! Good luck with them and congrat's on hitting the combo!!!
