I was just doing a search on this forum and ran across a post that said Kenny did a couple of shady deals then ran off. I hope this is not the case as I remember he frequented these boards and posted classifieds often. I had bought a Female Het albino that I hope to produce albinos w/her this year. If I dont hatch any albinos out I will be EXTREMELY upset as I have waited a long time to own an albino ball. Not for the cash value, but for my personal love of these animals... I have a reciept w/genetics indicated on it, but I guess that wont help if he bounced. Please post or email me if you have any info on him. If he is legit or not...

I bought 3-HET albino females from a very reptuable broker named "Gary Schivino" (might be spelt wrong). These were 2001 HET albino females.

I paided $2000 for 3 females, and at the time females were selling for $1000 FIRM. These females were supposed to come from a man named "Kenny Gall". I have signed paper-work clearly stating from Gary that if these snakes do not produce albinos on the 2nd clutch that I will BE REFUNDED my money.

Well one of the females totally bombed. She in my opinion WILL NEVER BREED. She weighs in at 425 grams, and eats 1 mouse every 3 months TOPS.

The second female was off feed for a LONG time, but recently started feeding again, and weighs around 1000 grams.

The third female is a beauty!! She is a monster and weighs in at 1875 grams. I plan on breeding her this season (which will be for me my FIRST attempts at BREEDING and MAYBE hatching my own ball pythons.

Everyday I look at this snake, I get sick to my stomach. She is the largest female I have she is supposed to be 100% HET albino, but is she really?

I did research on Kenny Gall the little bit of information I was able to find was NOT GOOD. I've heard stories that this guy was not a very reptuable person.

So what I have paperwork, that clearly states that my money will be refunded. Well one of the females will never be breedable, so I count her as a total loss.

The second female, hopefully will be breedable in 2005.

So if I breed the one monster female almost 1900 grams and get NO ALBINOS I will be sick to my stomach. Although I have never bred ball pythons before, you would think the odds from breeding an albino x HET are good enough that I should get atleast one albino.

So what happens if I breed this snake get no albinos, breed her again and still get no albinos. Well here I wasted 4+ years for nothing.

So what if I get my money back from the broker. If you break it down I paided roughly $665 per female X 3. Well I cannot prove one because she is never going to be breedable.

So if this large female doesnt have albinos on her 2nd clutch I'm going to get $665 back from the broker, which totally **cks.

Will stop rambling, but you can see I am a nervous wreck about this. I've worked so hard on this one female for 2+ years to get her to size.

I'm actually thinking of breeding her to my Pastel male, this way I can get some snakes of value. I will prob go ahead as planned and breed her to my male albino.

I just looked at my checkbook registry and I bought mine 12/7/00 for $850. He actually accepted a personal check on the spot. He said "Im not worried if this check bounces, Im a cop, Ill find you". LOL... But the thing that makes it seem like it is legit is that I actually went to his house in Winchester to pick the snake up. He and his wife had just had a baby and he really does seem like a nice guy. Im keeping my fingers crossed for the both of us. Pls post or email if your prove out this season. Ill do the same...

Wow that makes me feel better that you actually met the guy, I too heard he was a cop, but who knows.

Maybe we are worrying for nothing, I sure hope so..
