I've never used the economy racks but the others are AWESOME. Best racks ever made. I have 3 different styles: 6 quart IRIS, Vision V-18 and V-70's. I will never buy a different brand of rack. AP's attention to detail and workmanship is top of the line.

They make GREAT stuff and the level of DETAIL is exceptional!!!!

For the money I don't think you can do any better!!!!!

I love their stuff!!!

I am not familiar with that exact rack but very familiar with many of their others and would expect the same. I will continue to use their racks til the Govt. stops letting us keep our INVASIVE SNAKES!!!!

Animal Plastics racks are all we own, and so far, all we WANT to own. They are durable, hold heat well and have multiple heating options.

Their customer service is also fantastic. They worked with us constantly to get our first rack out to us. I wouldn't hesitate to call to ask a question or two, or order another rack directly. Awesome stuff.

By far the best pvc plastic racks out there. I wont buy anything but AP racks for my adult females. I have 3 12 high CB-70 economy racks and they are great. Probably due best in a controlled heated room. My room stays at 82-84 most the year until breeding season and they keep constant accurate temps.

NERD, DW Herp, I think that answers the question. I'm patiently waiting on a 20 unit 15qt rack from them. I did a lot of surveying, and research, and did not hear one bad thing about Animal Plastics. I did not talk to anyone about the economy racks, I doubt they would put out a bad product though so feel safe. I also have some Repti-Racks subadult racks (container store bootboxes) and they are also awesome!

Awesome racks. I only use the economy racks. They are the best bang for your buck. When working with a limited budget you cant beat them. They are extremely well made. There customer service is definitely second to none.

Hello,

I called and ask if they could make a rack that used the Vision V-18 tubs and Ali said they had already planned one and could do it. I had them make mine 19 levels and make it the same height as my 17 high 6 quart IRIS tub racks. It cost me a little more but I like the look better than having a bunch of racks that are all different heights.

When I order more I'll have them make the gap 1/8" instead of the small gap they do. The gap they do is fine for baby colubrids but is to tight for large stuff (i.e. baby balls, baby boas and sdult hognose).

For the money the Vision V-18 tub can not be beat. They are almost the same size as ARS and FB baby tubs but cost less than a 3rd. I even use the V-18 tubs for breeding mice.

The economy racks are lighter in weight due to "open" sides making them lighter in weight. My facility is well insulated so I don't need "solid" sides on my racks. The "open" sides are nice for ventilation and easy viewing in my opinion. I have quite a few economy racks from animal plastics and can't complain. They are great!
