I would say it was deleted by the moderator. it was a response to an add which is clearly a violation of the TOS.

It's Terms of Service. You must follow it in order to be respectful in the forums, or else you could get banned. Moderators will delete all posts that seems to be breaking the TOS, just like what happened to me a bit while ago. If you want to make sure about all of the rules in TOR, here's the site:
