I just hatched out 2 Super Pastel somethings. I was 100% sure they were from Lesser Pastel x Pastel, but now I'm wondering. It was an unexpected clutch to begin with. Does anyone have pics of either Super Pastel Lessers or Silver Streaks fresh out of the egg they could post so I can compare? I'll post pics asap of my babies. Thanks

I don't have pics of either, but you can't have a silver streak from lessers and pastels. They is no Black pastel in what you bred, and a silver streak is a super pastel black pastel.

I realize that. I may have thrown my pewter in and didn't mark it. The hatchlings are a pastel, 2 super pastels and 2 Super pastel???. So I just was hoping to see a pic of each to compare.
And just for the record.... all of the Silver Streak, Silver Bullet, Sterling, black pastel Cinnamon naming stuff is annoying. Call the animal what it is. Once again, just my opinion. And yes, I realize I used Silver Streak in the post title I was trying to be accurate.

You two should stop calling them Pewters and start calling them Pastel Cinnamons, or is the choice just subjective at the time?....

I agree.... especially, unless recently in my absense this has changed, people will argue a pewter made with a cinnamon is different from one made with a black pastel. All these genetics are driving me batty.
