couple kingsnake pics

I do more trolling than posting nowadays, lol, so I figured I'd contribute a couple pics to the board real quick.

here's my adult male albino cali king, got him as a hatchling in 2004. he's probably about 4 feet.

here's his mate, she's het albino, I got her as an adult in 2007. They bred every year I threw them together, maybe around 30 eggs total, but the eggs were never good. I've gotten 2 hatchlings from this pair, 2 years ago.

I got this next pair of cali kings as hatchlings last year, both of them were problem feeders for the first 6 months, eventually I put them into hibernation, and when I pulled them out they were eating like champs.
The male has a nice vanishing stripe pattern that I like.

And the female has a nice faded stripe.

The next king is a male albino high white cali king that I got from a pet store a good while back. I may end up hanging onto him and raising him up to breed with the first female I posted since my 04 albino doesn't seem to be getting the job done..

that's all for now..

Nice Cal. kings Mike!

Yes, I agree,....that last amel would make a great pairing with your female Long Beach-Newport animal when he matures.

Nice Looking Cal. Kings Mike. That first pair reminds me of the first pair I ever had. They made some neat babies. Thanks for sharing yours.

Very cool, Mike. Always good to see Cal Kings, esp ones as nice as yours on the site. Keep us posted as far as your breeding project goes.
