New Additions (lots of pictures)

I got a bunch of new Brazilian Rainbow Boas this year and thought I'd share a few pictures. It's going to take me a while to name them all, but I'll probably stick with my mythological theme. Any ideas on names would be welcome.

thats certainly a big handful of new snakes!!
Out of interest, why did you buy so many het hypo males?
Is it for different outcrossing, or are they all from the same litters.
That anery is stunning, i put off buying a female this year, as i have my own line, which i want to prove out first, that, and the CITES paperwork i have to do, is killing me lately.
You guys are so lucky with fedex overnight.
where i am, its more liked 9months of paperwork, interrogation from the local government, and a 22% tax added on to every purchase!!! its starting to take its toll!!!

Cheers

The Het Hypo males are all from different litters. I'm planning on doing Het/Het breedings to produce some high color hypos. I can't wait to see my breeding plans come together over the next few years. That sounds like a real pain to get snakes shipped to you. At least you probably won't have much competition when it comes to selling babies

Ooh the anery female is awesome! What mythologies have you used thus far? Maybe some Haitian voudun names would be good (inspired by The Serpent and The Rainbow, lol).

So far I have snakes named:

Apollo
Artemis
Ambrosia
Ares
Helios
Persephone
Juno
Lazarus
Cleopatra

I really like Greek/Roman Mythology names and I'm thinking about branching out to Norse and some others. I also like obscure names from literature. I actually have a list of about 70 possible names, I just need to figure out which ones fit each snake.

Oh yeah, Norse names would be great!

Paul,

Nice variety, seems like you have all the bases covered!

Good luck. Oh, did you get my email about the Fed Ex certification process? If you didn't (or if anyone reading this wants the information), just let me know.

Thanks,
Ed
