those are some pretty low triad counts on them kerns.
Yes sir! The first animal has 16 triads - that's the lowest triad count I know of for a zonata. Once she's big enough to breed I have an 18-triad male to breed with her. Hopefully the pairing will produce animals with triad counts even lower than 16!

Well, seeing as how I'm a CA resident any deposit wouldn't be taken anyways! But I'm very happy you find them so appealing, as they are one of my favorite locales I'm working with. Contact DFG and ask about the non-commercial native reptiles permit. The permit is great because it allows you to breed some of your favorite CA natives. The best part is you get to give any hatchlings you don't want away as gifts! Sometimes it's nice to work with a species where money never gets involved.
Fantastically low band count on those. What pretty snakes.
