Intresting pairing

cwrandr Dec 19, 2010 11:55 AM

I been tryin to breed my male leopard to a few things he was super skinny but has since bounced back so i paired him up with this girl, Im also gonna rotate my emperor pin in there but this is the lock i captured this morning. As far as i know leopard fires and leopard fireflies havent been done yet and they will all be 50% het pied either way. Here is the picture.

thanks for the comments in advance.

hmm..that looks like a pastel female not fire

wohlerswi Dec 19, 2010 07:47 PM

You can clearly see the female is a firefly. She isn't brown enough to be just a pastel. Way to pretty and yellow/cream to be just pastel. I can kind of see the leopard in the tops of all the males alien heads, and the twisted back pattern. I have noticed a lot of leopards that are smokin as babies don't look the same as adults. When they age and the pattern gets bigger and more stretched out they just don't look the same. I would say for sure the male is a nice leopard though. That is a sweet pairing too, and I have actually been thinking about having the train run on a few of my females this year to see who the baby daddy is lol. Anyway should be a fun clutch. Good luck with them and keep us posted

Sweet idea. Shouldnt be to hard to pick out the het pieds in the clutch.

This forum is so weak. You can clearly see what they are. Maybe you should go buy some and then criticize the quality of his snakes.. This is the Bash Python forum.

Hot dog made most of you get a hard on and you guys bash him on this and fauna. GET A LIFE.

Guess what that is!

Take a look at this sweet hatchling pic. I googled for an image and this is what came out first. Color dulls out into adulthood but look at the original post male , exact same pattern.

I saw a guy at a show selling leopards...none looked buyable ...
yes I have seen some leopards that scream...yes there may be/is a trait that in leopards that may look from good to bad and may do really cool things with crosses....yes the baby looks better than adult.......and NO I wouldn't buy any of them...

Leopard Fires and Leopard Fireflies would be pretty Hot, good luck!

BuzzardBall Dec 20, 2010 07:45 AM

Unless some posts were removed, I guess I don't get it? I didn't read any posts of hatin/bashing! To me, the said Leopard, looks like a dark Ball Python to me! If it darkened or pattern changed w/age, say that! People are waaaay too sensitive on here!

Watever Dec 21, 2010 07:14 PM

Is it really ?

Then I think I am turning away from pastel for once and ever lol.
I really think they don't age well and starting to think it's the same for all their combos.
