I picked up this Deppei Jani from the past Daytona show, and could not be any happier. Her background color is so very light, compared to my other jani. It will be a blast to watch her grow.

Even though jani and deppei are always touted as ugly ducklings as babies, I personally like their colors when they are kiddos, and seeing the complete change from babies to adults is staggering, and part of the fun as well.

Thanks to the jani maniac himself, Randy Whittington, for this awesome girl!!

I don't think she is hypo, but she does have a lighter ground color, and her olive-green blotches tinged with black are cool. She looks like her mom actually.
