Is that aspen shavings or pine shavings in there? If pine, take it out and switch to either aspen shavings, cypress mulch, paper towel or newspaper. Pine can be toxic to snakes.
You have a nice looking snake and it looks a good size for its age. However I Have a few other suggestions for your setup. First, I assume you have an undertank heater for a hot spot, since you don't use that lamp for heat. I would add a second hide, for the other end of the tank (not sure if its the cool or warm end, as I don't know which end you have designated the warm side). Also, switch out the water bowl for something with a wider base. It wouldn't take much for a snake to flip that metal dish. I find for small ball pythons, a plastic cat food or water dish found at a dollar works good. They are also hide enough you can bury them in the shavings so they are flat against the bottom of the cage and still be high enough not to have shavings fall in. However in your tank, with such a thick layer of shavings, its not going to work, unless you reduce the thickness of shavings to about 1-2 inches.
