Anyone still keeping this species in the US?
There are a couple of individual animals here and there. A friend of mine has a young female that he is looking to pair up. There was one for sale on KS classifieds, as a Golden Water, not to long ago.
I have a young female too I'm trying to pair up. I saw the male for sale.
How big is your animal? Is it the one that was for sale recently on KS? Waters are difficult to sex until they hit about three feet. Then there are some physical indicators. I have a pair of Black dragons that are definetly a pair. You can clearly see a difference. I also have a young pair of sulfurs and the smaller one is looking female, but even at 32 inches or so its still hard to tell. Can you post some pics of your cumingi? Head, full tail, and tail base shots. Try to capture the dorsal ridge that runs down the tail.
I'll email you pics if you're interested in seeing them. Email me at am191103@yahoo.com
