Maybe if legislation changes the stupid laws concerning hunting herps on the right of ways you can come on over and find some legally........
Senator Uresti (D. San Antonio) is introducing this new bill, SB275 in the next Legislative session. This new bill will allow road hunting for reptiles, amphibians and insects again. Everyone that wants to be able to do this legally again should get behind this bill when introduced and get it passed this year or we will have another 2 long years to try and get a similar bill passed.
