breed now,(bumble B) or later (butter B?

I have a female spider who looks ready at 1690g. I have a nice butter I have in mind for her but he's a little young at around 300 grams......

I do have a nice proven pastel that's all ready to go....

thoughts?? bumble bees now or wait a til next season when the butter is ready?
