This is my first ever December clutch. When I began breeding balls my clutches clustered around March, April and May. But they have been spreading out as the years go by.
Last year I had a clutch in January with clutches all the way to late August (six clutches in August alone). I turned my incubator off for less than two months. Now my clutch season has begun extra early, and a half dozen other females have ovulated. Meanwhile, there is a ton of active breeding.
I think at some point soon I won't ever be able to turn off the incubator....
