I find it interesting, how so many of my neighbors on pubic assistance of one form or another, can allow so much of their money to go up in smoke, as they revel in the joy of the Hew Year's arrival.

Seriously, there are a lot of people who enjoy receiving "free" money that was earned by fellow Americans who actually work hard for that money. What's not to celebrate about "free" money?
