I can’t help but laugh when I read some of these posts, this issue goes back allot of years and still too many of you do not realize the issue.

It is not about species preservation, it never has been and never will be. TP&W has done a very poor job of wildlife management and truly to date has very little knowledge of Species, Species Range, Reproduction or Wildlife Management of the animals in this state.

A good example is whitetail deer, TP&W has allowed populations to explode out of control in many areas, this is not a good thing. The increase in herd numbers, the construed Doe to Buck ratios has caused a severe heard and population imbalance. The sub species found in the Texas Hill Country is the same sub species that is in South Texas, yet the Hill Country animals are shrinking in size, why?

Well I’m glad you asked, it is Mother Nature’s way to correct over-crowding, by shrinking the size of the animals it will lessen the impact caused by them, some of you experts will call it Evolution. The evolution of the Texas Whitetail Deer is probably the fastest this has ever occurred in history. In probably less than 200 years or so we may be faced with a distinctive split of the Gene Pool to cause us to have a new sub species in this area, keep in mind it has already been occurring for a 100 yrs.

Ok back on track TP&W (or NAZI STORM TROOPERS AS I CALL THEM) where granted the greatest grab on human rights that has ever occurred, even though or Forefathers wrote a near perfect document to protect us from the Ternary of government it has still occurred. We have Nazi Storm Troopers entering people’s homes, property and vehicles without warrants or real probable cause only probably suspicion, hell in their eyes we are all suspicious. The Nazi Storm Troopers are seizing peoples personally belongings without warrants and in some cases without even leaving receipts for items taken from the home.

The supreme court has made rulings basically stating a States laws cannot supersede ones CIVAL LIBERTIES but since they have not been made specifically against TP&W, Texas Parks And Jerk Offs do not recognize these rulings.

Somehow animal rights in Texas has been made more important than your Liberties and Freedoms, More Important than your Property Rights or Your Personal Rights.

This law that was passed was no more than a grab of your rights, the more laws the Nazi Storm Troopers have the bigger and more power they become over the Citizens of this State, there will be more to come in future years. For me this law is not about my right to snake hunt, it is about winning the little battle. If we can’t win this we cannot expect to win some of the major fights ahead of us, the fact the government has the ability to tap your phone lines without a warrant or the fact you can be labeled as a terrorist and held without any rights is a real threat. We need to remember who we are, and where we have been and remember it’s just a snake, the real fit is in preserving your freedoms.
