What, No Seconds?

Zola out looking for another fuzzie.

"where IS it!"

"Well, phooey!"
She will eat herself sick so only gets small meals every few days. Of all my snakes she is the only one still interested in eating.

Too cute Bob and what a little cutie to boot. Most of mine are actively trying to eat me out of house and home.

She reminds me of Severus my male JCP. He loves to hang out on his high perch. He has a long branch angled down to the bottom of his enclosure. He knows food magically appears at the base of this branch. When he starts to get peckish he will lay out on this angled branch with his tail anchored at the top and just watch the spot the food magically appears at. He will stay like that for days. He's so gentle and is the only snake I feed in his enclosure.

I see you use the good china for water bowls. LOL

There is a difference between ignorance and stupidity. The ignorant can be taught, stupidity is beyond our control.

I'd love to have a jungle carpet python, but once again keeping a tropical species warm in the winter is beyond my means.

I use ceramic bowls for all my snakes. The bigger snakes and the toads get Pyrex casserole dishes. They are easy to clean and I can scrub off the calcium deposits that accumulate from my well water. I get all my dishware at the local thrift stores; really nice things for cheap. The animals have nicer bowls than the people do!
