GHOST SPENDIDA

Don Shores Jan 03, 2011 07:42 PM

Here is the ghost splendida along with a pic of a hypo from the same clutch and a normal hypo. The ghost doesn't look pure but the original anery came from southeastern Az. I will try to improve on the looks. The ghost is a lighter brown and is white instead of yellow

It's pattern does look "different" Don.......
But it could be from Californiae influence...
Still very cool looking. Shouldn't you be able to produce your own instead of improving upon this one's looks?

The Splendida I produced from an Anery that you produced has that clean pattern, but only one did out of 11 offspring.

This is the one I am talking about. It is from an Anery female you produced and an Amel Possible Het hypo male....

I mean I really would like to get the cal king influence out of them. I hope when I breed it back to a nice double het that some will be more splendida looking.

Yep.....That will do it.....
The clutch I produced ranged from some with lots of lateral speckling to that clean female I pictured in the previous post.
