animal plastic, boaphile, vision.best?..

monkeyface Jan 04, 2011 03:36 PM

What brand is best for an adult male ball python.

I hear boaphile sucks and vision is difficult to deal with.

Any ideas on what is best?

Keep in mind I only have one snake and do not want a rack/tub system. I want to strike a bargain with my snake for visibility and security on his part. The only way I can do that is get a nice plastic enclosure where all sides are blocked off from the rest of society with the exception of the front (where I get the sick pleasure of watching him every so often).

Any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I live in Toronto (very close to the core)... just in case someone lives in the area and wants to sell a plastic enclosure.

I have a few stacks of BoaPhile and they work fine for me....I have Ballroom RaXX...good for females....males would love them also......

I also have racks from PMHERP.com......they work also....

any rack works...look at them all and see what you think....

....IF you have like a room in a house, and low humidity...I would use a rack that is closed verses an open top....

all I would advise....

i have a boaphile hatchling rack. i love it. jeff was great.

i've never tried animal plastics or vision, so have no opinion to offer on them.

i've also found habitat systems to be a class act. their stuff is quite heavy - but built to last.

i have an ap economy rack, i dont like it, tubs dont fit that well and 1 of them sticks really bad. their regular racks might be much better though

I have tried them all and will never buy anything but Animal Plastic and Freedom Breeder racks.

AP is the easiest company to deal with. GREAT customer service and very friendly people.
