I had no idea WI is the only state that has not fallen. We are definitely in the sights
of HSUS now. Would all of you please move to WI right now!!!

I have suggested this before but we all need to move the Hawaii or get Hawaii residence and change the laws of that state and make it a reptile paradise. It only has a million people, remove kids, criminals, druggies and others that don't vote if only 200,000 voted as a block there we could probobly vote reptile people to governor, congress, senate, and local goveronment and change all the laws to our liking!!!

It's not exactly a tropical paradise, but a group of people are doing what you suggest in New Hampshire:

They are not a group of herpers per se, but are all pro-freedom. And NH has a low population as well.

WV only requires a $2 a year permit for natives (that's $2 per species, not individual). That's it. HSUS came into our legislature trying to push some draconian anti exotic bill and Our state senate and House of Delegates both told them where to shove it. How so? They used simple common sense. The bill HSUS was pushing called for the establishment of an "exotic animal task force" within our DNR. The politicians looked at HSUS and simply said--who's going to pay for it? You? Because we aren't raising taxes on our already impoverished state to fix a non-existent problem. 2006 or so I believe.....H$U$ hasn't really been back since lol....
