I really want my geckoes to eat from a little food dish filled with mealworms but my male isnt takeing to them
should I just leave a bowl in there at all times and hell just eventually have to eat the mealworms out of desperation?

Hi
He just may not take to mealsworms. But if he has never really had them as part of his staple diet or not at all, you can slowly try to introduce them to him. Forget the dish for know and just work with him on getting used to them as a food source. Sit there at the tank and take a single meal worm out and put it in front of him were he can see it and make sure it is an active one and see what he does, if he shows interest at the fact it is just moving, moving to him could mean a potential food source.
Work with him like that for a week and see what happens, but dont deprive him of what he doe's like in the mean time. Feed him what he like after you have worked with him with a meal worm for that day.
